These Terms govern your access to and use of the Noctus website and services provided by Intranano Ltd ("Noctus"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Noctus designs, deploys, and operates AI-powered WhatsApp concierge systems for luxury businesses. The scope, deliverables, fees, and SLAs of any engagement are defined in a separate signed agreement between Noctus and the client.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services — including attempting to disrupt operations, circumvent security, reverse engineer the system, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The Noctus name, brand, website content, and underlying systems are owned by Intranano Ltd. No license to our intellectual property is granted by these Terms except to the extent strictly necessary to use the services as intended.
Disclaimer & liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noctus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Service-related liability is governed by the signed client agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sofia, Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
