We use information to operate and improve the Noctus concierge, respond to enquiries, deliver client services, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud or misuse. We do not sell your personal data.
WhatsApp & client conversations
When you engage Noctus as a client, message content handled by our concierge on your behalf is processed under a separate Data Processing Agreement. We act as a processor of conversations on your behalf and retain them only as long as needed to provide the service.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, AI model providers, analytics), under appropriate confidentiality terms, and when required by law.
